With an M.S. in Industrial Design and a 20-year track record leading multidisciplinary teams, Delna specializes in transforming service-based businesses into brand-driven, experience-focused market leaders.

Her expertise in brand development, team leadership, and customer experience design is especially potent in verticals like landscape architecture, pool and hardscape design, and kitchen & bath remodeling—industries where quality, aesthetics, and trust drive differentiation. She applies design thinking and operational strategy to elevate acquired businesses, modernize customer journeys, and unlock long-term enterprise value.
